What buyers ask us first
Does our ERP data have to leave our network?
No. We can run the whole thing on your own servers, in your private cloud, or in a country-specific region. The AI model, the search index and the logs stay inside your boundary. For most aerospace, defense and regulated manufacturers that is a hard requirement, and the design starts from it.
Which ERPs do you work with?
Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial), LN and M3 most often, plus SAP, Oracle (NetSuite, EBS, JD Edwards, Fusion), Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, IFS and more than 90 other ERP and manufacturing systems such as MES, PLM and QMS. If it has a database or an API, we can usually connect to it read-only.
Do we need to replace or upgrade our ERP first?
Usually not. The AI sits alongside your current ERP and reads from it with the same permissions your users have. Many teams start on an older version and use the same tools later to make an upgrade or migration faster and safer.
How is this different from the copilot our ERP vendor sells?
Vendor copilots are a good fit when your data can live in the vendor's cloud and the questions stay inside one product. We are a fit when data must stay on-prem, when answers need data from several systems (ERP plus MES, PLM, spreadsheets), or when you want to own the model and the code. We will tell you honestly which fits.
What does a first project look like?
A free 30 minute assessment, then a pilot on one real problem, typically 2 to 6 weeks: for example answering planners' questions from live ERP data, or drafting non-conformance reports. You see results on your data before committing to a wider rollout.
Who owns what you build?
