Contact for questions
Adjust the evaluation weights to your priorities. Ask for named references you can call. This is a starting point, not legal advice, and a quote is not a contract.

Optional: we can compare responses against your requirements and flag hidden custom work.
Optional. The tool and every export work without this. No spam.
How to use it
Fill in your company profile, products, user count, apps, hosting preference and deadline. Export the brief and send it to three or four partners. Ask them to answer the table in section 4 in the same order, which makes comparison simple. Give a real deadline and one point of contact, and share the same answers to questions with every bidder.
What to ask for
Ask each partner to separate standard configuration from custom development, because custom code carries upgrade and support cost every year. Ask about the localisation they use for your country, since statutory invoicing and tax reporting differ widely across African markets. Ask for annual costs, not only the implementation fee, and for manufacturing references you can phone.
- Standard versus custom work, itemised
- Local tax and invoicing approach
- Total cost over three years
- Named team and manufacturing references
Common mistakes
Sending a one line request produces quotes that cannot be compared. Choosing on lowest implementation fee often hides high custom work and support charges later. Another mistake is not deciding who owns hosting and backups. Be clear on whether data sits with the partner or with you, and how you could move it.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many partners should I invite?
Three or four is usually enough. Fewer limits comparison, and more makes evaluation slow and the effort for bidders high. Choose partners with manufacturing references in your region.
Community or Enterprise edition?
Enterprise includes more apps and official support, and many manufacturing and accounting features sit there. Community can suit simpler needs. Ask partners to price both and explain the functional difference for your requirements.
Should I ask for a fixed price?
Ask for fixed fees by phase where scope is clear, and an estimate with a cap where it is not. Either way, insist on itemised assumptions and a change process.
How do I check local compliance?
Ask which localisation module they use, whether it is official or custom, and for a customer in your country using it today. Test a sample invoice before signing.
