Common causes are expired passwords, accounts locked after failed attempts, a changed single sign-on setup, an expired certificate, and a browser that blocks cookies required for the session. Check the identity provider before blaming Costpoint when SSO is used.
Mobile app and the QR code
Deltek's mobile companions to Costpoint, such as the time-entry apps, are connected to your server by an address the administrator provides, often as a QR code or a server URL. If scanning fails, check that the code was created for your current environment, that the phone can reach the server (VPN or Wi-Fi rules), and that the app version is current.
If the server URL or certificate changes, the app must be reconnected. Ask your administrator for a new code.
On-premises checks and compliance
