China ERP UAT Test Script Worksheet
User acceptance testing decides whether the plant is ready. This tracker shows pass rate and open defects per script so the go/no-go meeting works from numbers, not impressions.

Agree go/no-go thresholds before testing, for example zero open critical defects and all finance and shipping scripts passed. Testers should be business users, not the consultants.
Regression test automation chat
Optional: discuss automated checks for repeated test rounds.
Optional. The tool and every export work without this. No spam.
How to use it
List one row per end to end script, name the business tester and count the steps. After each run, record steps passed, open defects and the result. The pass rate and the overall figure update automatically. Export the sheet after each test round and keep it as evidence for sign-off.
What to test in China
Beyond core flows, include issuing and receiving VAT fapiao, tax code selection, bilingual documents and labels, bank payment files, statutory reports and role based approvals. Test with real data copies and real user roles, as test super users hide authorisation problems.
- Order to cash with fapiao issuing
- Procure to pay with input VAT
- Production backflush and scrap
- Period close and statutory reports
Common mistakes
Do not count a script as passed when a workaround was used; mark it with a defect. Avoid testing only happy paths, so include returns, credit notes, partial receipts and reversals. Finally, retest every fixed defect and update the row, otherwise old failures linger in the totals.
Frequently Asked Questions
What pass rate is acceptable?
It depends on risk. Many teams require all critical scripts passed and no open critical defects, with minor issues accepted by the process owner.
Who should run UAT?
Business users who will use the system daily. Consultants can support, but the sign-off must come from the business.
How many scripts do I need?
Enough to cover each end to end process and key exceptions. A mid-size plant often has dozens to a couple of hundred.
Can I export it?
Yes, the worksheet exports to Excel and CSV.
Netray can talk through automating regression checks against your ERP data before and after each fix.
