NetSuite Pricing and Cost Calculator
Oracle does not publish NetSuite list prices, so most NetSuite pricing answers are a single range with no way to apply it to your company. This calculator builds the full cost line by line: base platform, user licenses by type, modules, service tier, SuiteCloud Plus, sandboxes, implementation, renewals and run costs. Defaults are publicly reported ranges with their source next to them; replace each one with the number on your quote.
Base platform and users
Count people, not roles. One license per unique login email.
Full permissions to NetSuite features through standard or custom roles. Any user holding a full-licensed role consumes this license, whatever other roles they have.
One specialized role with limited access: CRM, Project Manager, Site Operator, View and Approve or WMS. Two specialized roles, or one plus another non-employee role, consume a full license instead.
Self-service tasks only, such as timesheets, expenses and pay slips. Users with only Employee Center roles consume this license.
Retail Clerk or Retail Clerk (Web Services Only) roles for retail environments. No public price found: enter your quote.

- - One license per unique login email. Entities that share a login email count once.
- - Any full-licensed role makes the user a Full Licensed User, whatever else they hold.
- - Only Employee Center roles: Employee Center license. One specialized role, alone or with Employee Center: that Specialized license.
- - Two specialized roles, or a specialized role plus another non-employee role: Full Licensed User.
- - A user with Concurrent Web Services User enabled also needs a SuiteCloud Plus license.

How this number is built
Subscription (year y) = [platform + users x price x 12 + modules] x (1 - discount) x price factor + [tier + SuiteCloud Plus + sandboxes + storage + other] x price factor. Users grow by the growth rate each year.
Price factor: 1 in year 1, then x (1 + escalator) inside a term and x (1 + renewal uplift, capped if negotiated) in the first year of each new term. Current factors: 1.000, 1.050, 1.103, 1.158, 1.216.
Premium support = subscription x premium %. Implementation is spread evenly over the implementation months, so a project over 12 months lands partly in year 2.
Admin = FTE x loaded cost, growing by the staff growth rate; managed services x 12. iPaaS, SuiteApps, customization upkeep and other costs are flat per year as entered.
Monthly equivalent = 5-year TCO / 60. All-in per user = 5-year TCO / average users / 60.
Renewal sensitivity
Same inputs, renewal uplift varied, no cap. One-year terms renew every year; longer terms renew less often.
| Uplift | Year 5 subscription | 5-year TCO |
|---|---|---|
| 0% | $59,000 | $409,263 (+$0) |
| 3% | $66,405 | $427,502 (+$18,239) |

Hidden costs checklist
Tick each one once it is in the model or ruled out. 0/14 done.
- Not a default part of every contract. Each sandbox has its own expiration and renewal; if it lapses, data is purged 30 days later. Price every sandbox for the full term and co-terminate it with the main subscription.Oracle NetSuite Help Center: When a Sandbox Account Expires
- Growth in users, File Cabinet storage or monthly transaction lines past the tier limit forces a tier conversation mid-term. Check year 5 volumes, not today's.Oracle NetSuite Help Center: NetSuite Service Tier Structure
- Integration concurrency, scheduled script processors and CSV import threads scale with SuiteCloud Plus licenses, and users with Concurrent Web Services User enabled need one. High-volume integrations often need it.Oracle NetSuite Help Center: SuiteCloud Plus Settings
- Renewals are reported at 5-10% per year when no cap was negotiated. Over five years with a one-year term that compounds to about 22-46% above year 1 by year 5.Vendr: NetSuite Software Pricing and Plans 2026 (last updated February 2026)
- Standard support is included; premium support is reported at 10-20% of software licensing per year.Vendr: NetSuite Software Pricing and Plans 2026 (last updated February 2026)
- Fixed-fee SOWs list assumptions. Every integration, report, form or data object outside them becomes a change order. Budget a contingency and read the assumptions page first.
- Reported separately at 10,000-100,000+ for migration and 5,000-50,000+ for training. Confirm whether your implementation quote includes them.Vendr: NetSuite Software Pricing and Plans 2026 (last updated February 2026)
- The subscription usually starts at signature, not go-live. A six-month implementation means half a year of licenses paid while nobody transacts. Ask for a ramp.
- Giving a Specialized or Employee Center user one extra role can move them to a Full license. Review role assignments before each renewal true-up.Oracle NetSuite Help Center: Role Assignment and License Consumption
- iPaaS or connector subscriptions are reported at 5,000-50,000+ per year and renew on their own terms.Vendr: NetSuite Software Pricing and Plans 2026 (last updated February 2026)
- Tax, EDI, shipping, AP automation, reconciliation and scheduling SuiteApps are separate subscriptions, reported at 500-5,000+ per month each.Vendr: NetSuite Software Pricing and Plans 2026 (last updated February 2026)
- SuiteScript, workflows and integrations need regression testing at every NetSuite release. Reported ongoing customization cost is 10,000-100,000+ per year.Vendr: NetSuite Software Pricing and Plans 2026 (last updated February 2026)
- Attachments, scanned documents and integration payload files grow every year. Only storage overage gets a 90-day grace period before you must optimize or upgrade.Oracle NetSuite Help Center: NetSuite Service Tier Structure
- Someone owns roles, saved searches, releases, sandbox refreshes and user requests. If nobody is budgeted, the work lands on finance or IT staff.
Negotiation levers

- Software, implementation, training and support on separate lines make it possible to negotiate each and to compare partners.Vendr: NetSuite Software Pricing and Plans 2026 (last updated February 2026)
- Tie payments to accepted milestones and cap change orders. Reported implementation savings from competitive bidding and fixed-price scoping: 15-30%.Vendr: NetSuite Software Pricing and Plans 2026 (last updated February 2026)
- Ask for users and modules to start at a lower count and step up at go-live.
- Sandboxes, SuiteCloud Plus, storage and added modules should share one renewal date and one cap.
- Agree the sandbox price and renewal terms in the main order form so it cannot lapse or reprice separately.

How to use the NetSuite cost calculator
- 1
Enter users by license type
Count people, not roles. NetSuite counts one license per unique login email, and a user with a full role plus anything else consumes a full license. Move self-service users to Employee Center and single-purpose users to a Specialized license.
- 2
Pick modules and the service tier
Tick the modules on your quote and enter each line price. The tier check warns when your users, file storage or monthly transaction lines exceed the limits Oracle documents for that tier.
- 3
Set the contract
Enter the term, any discount, the in-term escalator and the renewal uplift. Turn on a negotiated cap to see what it is worth over five years.
- 4
Scope the implementation
Use the reported range for your size, positioned by a complexity score you can see, or enter your partner's line items or a fixed quote.
- 5
Add run costs, compare, export
Add admin staff or managed services, iPaaS, SuiteApps and customization upkeep. Compare against your quote for another ERP, then export to PDF, Excel or Word or send it for an engineer review.
NetSuite pricing questions
How much does NetSuite cost?
Oracle does not publish a price list. Vendr's buyer data (last updated February 2026) reports a median annual contract value of about 74,800 USD, with a range from about 7,200 to 299,500, and first-year totals of 60,000-150,000 for small deployments, 150,000-500,000 for mid-market and 500,000-2,000,000+ for enterprise once implementation is included. The total depends on users by license type, modules, service tier, term and the implementation scope, which is why this calculator builds the number line by line.
What does a NetSuite user license cost per month?
Reported ranges are 100-300+ per month for a full user, 50-150+ for limited users and 10-50+ for self-service users (Vendr, February 2026). In NetSuite terms, a Full Licensed User has any full role, a Specialized User holds one specialized role such as CRM, Project Manager or WMS, and Employee Center covers self-service tasks only. Per-user prices usually fall as user counts rise.
What is the cost of a NetSuite implementation?
Reported implementation fees are 25,000-75,000 for small deployments, 75,000-250,000 for mid-market and 250,000-1,000,000+ for enterprise, with timelines of 3-6 months for small projects up to 12-24+ months for enterprise. The drivers are subsidiaries, integrations, data migration volume, customizations and training, and whether migration and training are inside the quote.
What are NetSuite service tiers and do they change the price?
Oracle documents four service tiers. Standard supports up to 100 users, 100 GB of File Cabinet storage and 200K monthly transaction lines; Premium up to 1,000 users, 1,000 GB and 2M lines; Enterprise up to 2,000 users, 2,000 GB and 10M lines; Ultimate up to 4,000 users, 4,000 GB and 50M lines. The tier also sets base integration concurrency and how many SuiteCloud Plus licenses you can add. Higher tiers are priced higher; enter the tier line from your quote.
What is SuiteCloud Plus and when do I need it?
SuiteCloud Plus licenses raise integration concurrency, SuiteCloud processors for scheduled and map/reduce scripts, and CSV import queues and threads. On the Standard tier one license moves concurrency from 5 to 15; on Premium, Enterprise and Ultimate each license adds 10. Users with Concurrent Web Services User enabled also need one. High-volume integrations and parallel imports are the usual reason to buy it.
How much do NetSuite renewals go up?
Renewal increases are reported at 5-10% per year when no cap is negotiated, and a 3-5% cap is the commonly suggested target. On a one-year term a 7% uplift compounds to about 31% above year 1 by year 5. Use the renewal sensitivity table to see the effect on your own numbers, and put the cap in the first contract.
Are sandboxes included in NetSuite pricing?
Oracle's documentation says to contact your account representative to acquire sandbox accounts, and each sandbox has its own expiration and renewal. An expired sandbox becomes inactive and is deleted with its data after 30 days. No reliable public price was found, so enter the sandbox line from your quote and make sure it co-terminates with the main subscription.
Is the monthly cost the same as the subscription?
No. The monthly equivalent here divides the full five-year cost, including implementation, support, staff and third-party subscriptions, by 60 months. The subscription alone is shown separately, along with the cost per user per month, so you can compare it with a quote and with what a vendor calls the monthly price.
Where do the default numbers come from?
Every money default is the low end of a publicly reported range with its source, URL and the date it was read shown next to the field. Product facts such as service tier limits, license types, SuiteCloud Plus tables and sandbox rules come from Oracle NetSuite documentation. Defaults are a starting point only: replace each one with your quote.
