How the supplier tables fit together
A supplier in Fusion is a header in POZ_SUPPLIERS linked by PARTY_ID to a trading community party in HZ_PARTIES, which holds the legal name. Under the header sit addresses, sites and contacts. Sites live in POZ_SUPPLIER_SITES_ALL_M and are specific to a procurement business unit through PRC_BU_ID, so one supplier can have many sites across many business units. To list active suppliers with names, join POZ_SUPPLIERS to HZ_PARTIES on PARTY_ID and filter on the enabled flag and active dates.
- Supplier number is SEGMENT1 in POZ_SUPPLIERS
- Supplier name comes from HZ_PARTIES.PARTY_NAME
- Sites are per procurement business unit, so expect several rows per supplier
Supplier error table in Oracle Fusion
When you import suppliers by File Based Data Import, rows first land in interface tables such as POZ_SUPPLIERS_INT, POZ_SUPPLIER_SITES_INT and POZ_SUPPLIER_ADDRESSES_INT. Records that fail validation are written to POZ_SUPPLIER_INT_REJECTIONS with a reject lookup code and a reference to the parent row. The import process also produces a rejection report you can open from Scheduled Processes. Read the reject code first, fix the source file, and reload with a new batch ID rather than editing interface rows by hand.
Organization tables in Oracle Fusion
Organization data in Fusion is spread by purpose. Inventory organizations are in INV_ORG_PARAMETERS, with ORGANIZATION_CODE and a link to the master organization. Business units are most easily read from the view FUN_ALL_BUSINESS_UNITS_V. Legal entities and ledgers have their own tables such as GL_LEDGERS. HR organization units appear in HR tables, where names are often stored in translation tables, so names may need a language filter. Pick the table by the question you are answering: inventory, procurement, financial or HR.
BI Publisher query tips
Start with a narrow query, for example suppliers created in the last 30 days, and add joins one at a time. Always filter on active dates and the enabled flag when you want only usable suppliers. Use a data model with parameters instead of hard-coded values, and avoid selecting every column from large tables. For ad hoc analysis, the Supplier subject areas in OTBI apply security and need no SQL. If direct table access is blocked in your environment, request a BI Publisher data source role from your Fusion administrator.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the supplier table in Oracle Fusion?
The supplier header table is POZ_SUPPLIERS, joined to HZ_PARTIES for the name, and POZ_SUPPLIER_SITES_ALL_M for sites. Confirm the exact columns for your update in the Tables and Views guide.
Where are supplier import errors stored?
Failed supplier import rows are recorded in the rejection table POZ_SUPPLIER_INT_REJECTIONS, and the import also produces a rejection report. Read the reject code, fix the source data and reload with a new batch.
What is the organization table in Oracle Fusion?
There is no single table. Inventory organizations are in INV_ORG_PARAMETERS, business units are readable through FUN_ALL_BUSINESS_UNITS_V, and HR organization units sit in HR tables. Choose by the type of organization.
Can I query these tables directly?
Often through BI Publisher with the right data access role, but some are better reached through OTBI subject areas. Your Fusion administrator controls what is available in your environment.
Netray can put a private AI layer over your Oracle Fusion data so buyers ask supplier questions in plain English instead of requesting new reports. It can be deployed on-prem or in your private cloud.
