A manufacturer is normally modelled as an item attribute (manufacturer part number relationships under Items) or as a supplier, not as its own standalone table. Confirm names and columns for your release in the Oracle Fusion Tables and Views guide.

How to use the table list
Filter by module, then search by table name or purpose. Use the key columns column to plan joins: header tables join to lines on the header ID, and organization-specific tables join on both item ID and organization ID. Tables ending _ALL hold data for every business unit and need an organization or business unit filter, while _B tables hold base columns and _TL tables hold translated text. Export the filtered list to Excel to keep it with your report design.
Naming patterns in Fusion tables
Fusion tables inherit naming conventions from Oracle E-Business Suite, which helps if you moved from EBS. A prefix names the product: PO for purchasing, AP for payables, GL for the general ledger, INV for inventory, EGP for product information, HZ for trading community, and DOO for order orchestration. Suffix patterns matter too: _ALL means multi-organization, _B base, _TL translated, _INT interface. Not every EBS table survived the move, so never assume an EBS table exists in Fusion.
- _ALL: all business units, filter on BU or org
- _B and _TL: base and translated pairs, filter the language
- _INT: interface tables used during import
Manufacturer table in Oracle Fusion
People often search for a manufacturer table. In Fusion the manufacturer is not a separate main master like the supplier table. Manufacturers and their part numbers are held as relationships on the item in Product Information Management, and a manufacturing company will often also hold the manufacturer as a supplier in the supplier tables. For reporting, start from the item and look for manufacturer part number relationships in the subject area first, then confirm table names in the Tables and Views guide.
Choosing between OTBI and direct SQL
OTBI subject areas are the right default for business users, because they apply security and handle translation. Use BI Publisher with SQL when you need an operational report with exact layout or joins that no subject area offers. Keep SQL queries small, parameterized and tested with a limited date range. Document every table you use so the next developer can verify it after a quarterly update changes a view or column.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Oracle Fusion table names?
Use the Oracle Fusion Cloud Tables and Views guide for your release, which lists tables and columns by product. This page lists the most-used ones. You can also inspect the data model of a delivered BI Publisher report.
What do _ALL, _B and _TL mean?
_ALL means the table holds data for multiple business units and needs a filter. _B is the base table, and _TL holds translated text per language. Filter _TL tables on language to avoid duplicate rows.
Is there a manufacturer table in Oracle Fusion?
Not as a single main master. Manufacturer and manufacturer part number relationships are held with the item in Product Information Management, and manufacturers are often also set up as suppliers.
Are EBS tables the same in Fusion?
Many names look similar, such as PO_HEADERS_ALL, but columns and structures differ and some EBS tables do not exist. Validate each table and column in the Fusion documentation instead of porting EBS queries directly.
If your team spends its time writing Fusion reports for routine questions, Netray can add a private natural-language layer over the same data. It can run on-prem and respects Fusion roles.
