Physical tables are t + table code + company number (twhinh200100). SQL columns use t_ on SQL Server and t$ on Oracle. Tables and fields were checked against the LN 10.x online help for the sessions listed; quantities in whinh tables come in both order unit and inventory unit, so check the unit field next to each quantity. Order origin values for oorg are covered in the separate warehousing order types reference.

How a sales order moves through the wh tables
When a sales order line is released, LN creates a warehousing order header in whinh200 with origin and order number, and an outbound line in whinh220. Generating outbound advice writes whinh225 with the advised location and lot. Releasing the advice and picking leads to a shipment in whinh430 with lines in whinh431. Confirming the shipment posts inventory transactions to whinr110 and whinr100, reduces whwmd215 and whinr140, and writes the actual delivery line tdsls406 in Sales. Inbound works the same way in reverse: whinh210 lines, receipt header whinh310 and receipt lines whinh312.
- Outbound: whinh200, whinh220, whinh225, whinh430, whinh431
- Inbound: whinh300 (ASN), whinh210, whinh310, whinh312
- Inventory: whwmd215 totals, whinr140 by stock point, whinr110 transactions
Worked example: stock on hand with location detail
For a warehouse-level total, read whwmd215 by cwar and item: qhnd minus qall minus qblk gives a quick free quantity. For a location report, read whinr140 for the same warehouse and group by loca, clot and idat, then join whwmd300 on cwar and loca for the location type and zone. If the two totals disagree, look at blocked and allocated quantities first, then at stock points created by open inbound or outbound processing. For movements over a period, read whinr110 by item and warehouse between two transaction dates and sum qstk by transaction type kost.
Gotchas and version notes
whinh200 is keyed by order origin, order number and set, so joining on orno alone mixes sales, purchase, production and transfer orders that share a number series. Always filter on oorg too. Receipt lines are in whinh312 under the receipt header whinh310. Warehouse master data is split: general fields in tcmcs003 and warehousing settings in whwmd200, both shown in whwmd2500m000. Quantity fields come in pairs (order or receipt unit and inventory unit), so pick the inventory unit column for totals.
How to check a column in your system
Open the session in the Session column, zoom on the field and use field help to see the table and field name. For index definitions and the complete column list, check the table definition in your data dictionary. Location-controlled and lot-controlled warehouses fill whinr140 and whinr100 with more detail than non-controlled ones, so test reports on both kinds. Also check how many companies share the warehouse tables before you build cross-company stock reports, and remember that history tables such as whinh250 grow fast on busy sites, so filter them by date.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where is the Infor LN table list for warehousing?
Warehousing tables start with wh. whwmd holds master data (warehouses, item data by warehouse, locations, inventory totals), whinh holds warehousing orders, receipts, outbound advice, shipments, counts and adjustments, and whinr holds inventory transactions and stock point inventory. This page lists 24 of them with keys, columns and joins.
What are the Infor LN table names for shipments?
Shipments are whinh430 (header, session whinh4130m000) and whinh431 (lines, session whinh4131m000). Shipping containers are whinh425. The shipment number shpm also appears on outbound advice whinh225, on sales actual delivery lines tdsls406 and on invoice lines cisli310, which makes it the main link between warehouse and sales.
How is the warehousing order linked to the sales order?
whinh200 and its lines carry the order origin oorg, the order number orno and a set oset. When the origin is a sales order, orno equals tdsls400.orno and the line number on whinh220 corresponds to the sales line. Filter on the origin as well as the number, because other order types can use the same number.
Which table holds inventory transactions in Infor LN?
whinr110, shown in Item - Warehouse - Inventory Transactions (whinr1510m000), holds the transactions per item and warehouse with the type of order, order number, line, receipt or shipment, quantity and inventory after the transaction. whinr100 holds the same movements at stock point level, with location, lot and serial number.
If your warehouse team wants to ask LN where stock is, what shipped and what is blocked in plain English on your own servers, we can set that up read-only over these tables.
